📜 Terms & Conditions — Capture Studio

1️⃣ Booking & Payment

• A minimum 30% advance is required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining payment must be cleared on or before the final delivery date.
• Booking dates are confirmed only after advance payment.

2️⃣ Cancellations & Refunds

• If cancelled 30 days before the event, 50% of the advance will be refunded.
• If cancelled less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be applicable.
• Dates once booked are non-transferable.

3️⃣ Deliverables

• Edited photos, albums & videos will be delivered within 30–45 working days after final payment.
• Raw data (if requested) will be shared only upon client’s own storage device.
• Drone footage and cinematic videos are subject to weather & location permissions.

4️⃣ Copyright & Usage

• All photos & videos are the intellectual property of Capture Studio.
• Capture Studio reserves the right to use selected photos/videos for portfolio, website, and social media promotions, unless specified otherwise in writing by the client.

5️⃣ Client Cooperation

• Clients must ensure punctuality and availability for shoots as per the discussed schedule.
• Any delay or location change on client’s part may affect shoot timing and final results.

6️⃣ Liability

• While we take utmost care, Capture Studio is not responsible for delays or loss due to natural calamities, technical issues, or venue restrictions beyond our control.

7️⃣ Acceptance

By making a booking and paying the advance, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
